Sara Dax scores 1,000th point for Kewaunee girls basketball

It is very early in the high school basketball season but the Packerland already has a 1,000 career point scorer. Kewaunee senior Sara Dax tallied her 1,000th career point in a 72-30 win over Sturgeon Bay Monday night. The Storm played an excellent game and challenged the Clippers with their height and size according to Sturgeon Bay Coach Eric Taushek. Sarah Bridenhagen scored 12 points to lead the Clippers. Carley Wodack added eight points in the loss.
