Varsity boys basketball Thursday night

Sturgeon Bay earned a big win in Packerland Conference boys basketball Thursday night 65-56. Carson Talbert had a big game tallying 24 points with a solid inside-out game. Jake Schneider scored 16 points and Gunnar Tebon added 12 points in the win. Ryan Carmichael led the STorm with 13 points. Alex Rohr added 11 points and Alex Hewett notched 10 points in the loss.


Gibraltar eased past Algoma 73-42 in a dominant performance. Evan Henry led all scorers with 20 points. Trevor Reinhardt poured in 15 points and Andras Szakala tallied 11 points in the win. Brevin Robertson led the Wolves with 15 points.


Southern Door flew past N.E.W. Lutheran 73-57 behind their “Big 3.” Kyle Daoust scored 25 points, Ryan Claflin accounted for 21 points and Derik LeCaptain contributed 15 points in the win.
