Boys' basketball preview: Sturgeon Bay looks to stay perfect

Four Packerland Conference games are slated to take place Tuesday evening as the season heads closer to winter break.

Sturgeon Bay looks to stay perfect on the season when it plays in Green Bay against NEW Lutheran. The Clippers' Carson Talbert is averaging a double-double in his senior season and leads the conference in scoring and rebounds.

The winter edition of the War on the Shore gets its first matchup of the season when the Algoma Wolves travel to Kewaunee to take on the Storm. Both teams are looking for their first Packerland Conference victory of the young season.

Southern Door hopes to add another conference win to its resume when it travels to Oconto. Kyle Daoust is second in the conference in scoring at 22 points a game and recently celebrated his 1,000th point in an Eagle uniform.

Sevastopol travels to Peshtigo for its Tuesday night matchup. The Pioneers got their first win of the season last week in a 61-56 victory over NEW Christian Home School.
