High School girls basketball Thursday night

Southern Door beat Sturgeon Bay Thursday night 68 - 23. Sarah Bridenhagen had 11 points to lead the Clippers. The Eagles' balanced attack was led by Grace LeGrave. Her 19 points were a game-high. Tehya Bertrand tallied 18 points in the win. Nicole Norton chipped in 12 points for Southern Door.


Algoma got back to their winning ways with a 68-24 win over Sevastopol. Makayla Guilette led all scorers with 15, Emersyn Wallace and Sydney Zimmerman scored 11 and Hanna Wiese poured in 10 points in the victory. Zoe Kuehn led the Pioneers with 16 points. Not a single other Sevastopol player scored more than one field goal from the floor.


Kewaunee topped Oconto 66-18 to cap a night of blowouts in the Packerland Conference.
