The Wisconsin Badgers knocked their last game of 2018 out of the park Thursday, beating the Miami Hurricanes 35-3 in the Pinstripe Bowl held at Yankee Stadium. Running back Jonathan Taylor showed why he was one of the top players in the country, rushing for 205 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries. Quarterback Jack Coan threw for one touchdown and ran in another in his fourth start of the season. The Badgers defense once again victimized quarterback Malik Rosier, forcing him to throw three interceptions while holding him to less than 50 yards. When combined with last year's Badgers/Hurricanes matchup in the Orange Bowl, Rosier has thrown eight interceptions against Wisconsin compared to one touchdown.
The victory concludes an up and down season for the Badgers with an 8-5 record. Their next game will not be until August 31st when the Badgers open the season at South Florida.
