Perfect Storm still working hard

The seemingly perfect Kewaunee girls basketball team is still working hard in practice. The Storm are finishing up the winter break after going 9-0 and 6-0 in the Packerland Conference to start the year. Head Coach Lynn Geier is very pleased with how the team has been practicing during the break and the whole season.

Even with the perfect record, Geier says the team can still improve. The veteran coach says she would like to see the team make better defensive rotations and grab more rebounds. The Storm girls have a tall team but boxing out is most important.

The Storm girls come back from break on Friday when they travel to Peshtigo (5-5 overall, 3-3 conference). Tip-off is at 7:30 PM.
