Southern Door & Sevastopol boys basketball win big Monday night

Southern Door boys basketball continued their perfect conference streak Monday night with an impressive 63-38 win over rival Sturgeon Bay. The Eagles controlled the entire game with Kyle Daoust leading the way with 29 points. Ryan Claflin scored 16 points in the win. Carson Talbert was the lone bright spot for Sturgeon Bay. He scored 18 points but got very little help elsewhere.

Sevastopol picked up a big win against Algoma last night 69-43. Robby Pollman scored 22 points. Johnny Jorns, Brent Haberli and Arthur Hocevar each added 13 points in the win. Algoma failed to get a player into double digits in points scored. The Pioneers defense allowed only seven first-half points to the Wolves.
