The UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team could not get a road win in Oakland. The Phoenix couldn’t hold a two-point halftime lead and fell 90-78 to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies. Green Bay was led by Cameron Hankerson who scored 19 points. Oakland’s Karmari Newman came off the bench to lead all scorers with 33 points. After a 3-0 start in the Horizon League, the Phoenix have now lost two straight, both on the road. They host IUPUI on Thursday night, tip-off at 7:00 PM.
