Kewaunee boys let loose from three

The Kewaunee boys basketball team is enjoying a turnaround season thanks to some great three-point shooters. The Storm are 7-6 overall after finishing 9-14 last year. This season the Storm are hitting over seven threes per game. Ryan Carmichael and Alex Rohr are the big reasons for that as they both make over 40% of the three-point attempts. Head Coach Luke Neitzel says he would like to get the ball inside more often but that's not the kind of team he has right now.

Kewaunee could not knock off Southern Door Monday night but it was the Eagles' smallest margin of victory in conference games this season. The final score was 86-74. The Storm will host Sturgeon Bay on Friday night at 7:30 PM. Kewaunee is tied with Green Bay NEW Lutheran and Sturgeon Bay for third place in the Packerland Conference.
