Badgers Basketball sees sophomore Reuvers step up

The Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team is trending in the right direction. After the unranked UW squad beat #2 Michigan last weekend, they stacked successes by taking care of business against Illinois Wednesday night 72-60.

Sophomore forward Nate Reuvers led the Badgers with 22 points. D'Mitrik Trice scored 16, Khalil Iverson added 12 and Bard Davison tallied ten points in the win. Senior standout Ethan Happ scored only nine points Wednesday night.

UW will next host Northwestern on Saturday for a 1:00 PM tip.
