Eagles, Storm clash for Packerland wrestling title on 104.1 WRLU

It has come down to one final dual to decide the Packerland Conference championship when the Southern Door Eagles and the Kewaunee Storm Monday night. The two teams have run the table so far in the conference thanks in part to having the most complete teams. The Storm wrestling team is the defending conference champion thanks in part to Logan Steinhorst, Jack Severin, Travis Reinke, Dylan Steinhorst, and Paul Wery all returning and being ranked among the best in Division 3 according to Wisconsin Wrestling Online. The Eagles counter with Grant Englebert, currently ranked 11th at 152 pounds. The dual is also first since it was announced sophomore wrestler Griffin Slezewski was diagnosed with leukemia. Fans are encouraged to wear orange for leukemia awareness or chartreuse for Slezewski's favorite color at the dual meet.

Tim Kowols and Greg Letter will carry the match live on 104.1 WRLU and worldwide on beginning at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. for the first whistle.
