The Green Bay Phoenix women’s basketball team earned their 1000th win in program history Thursday night with a dominating 72-32 win over Oakland. Iowa grad transfer Carly Mohns led the way with 14 points with Mackenzie Wolf, Lyndsey Robson, and Frankie Wurtz also scoring in double figures. The Phoenix defense really clamped down in the first and fourth quarter, allowing a total of nine points combined. The Phoenix are back in action Saturday afternoon when they host Detroit Mercy.
