Brewers offense falters against Rangers

Pitching wasn't the issue for the Brewers in their 3-2 loss to the Texas Rangers on Tuesday. Milwaukee only scored two runs both in the sixth inning. Nate Orf scored on an error and then Jesus Aguilar continued his hot spring with a double to drive in Lucas Ercig. But that was it as the Brewers could only muster five hits on the afternoon. The Rangers Willy Calhoun drove in all three runs with a two-run single in the second and a sacrifice fly in the sixth. Milwaukee's bullpen pitched very well only allowing one run while striking out seven in five innings of work. The Brewers will take on the Padres at San Diego's Spring Training home Wednesday with the first pitch coming at 3:10 PM.
