Brewers lose final game of Spring Training north of the border

The Brewers bats went silent in their final Spring Training game before the regular season begins. Milwaukee lost to the Blue Jays 2-0 in a game played in Montreal. The Brewers could only muster 5 hits, all singles, in the ballgame. Corbin Burnes started the game on the mound for Milwaukee and pitched 3 2/3 scoreless innings while striking out five. Zack Brown picked up the loss in relief allowing two runs (one unearned) in the seventh inning.

The Brewers hope their bats will pick up when the games count starting on Thursday when they play the Cardinals at Miller Park, first pitch at 1:10 PM.
