Algoma baseball inks lone area win

Algoma's baseball team got the lone win out of a rain-soaked afternoon for the area.

The Wolves used an early lead to hold off Sevastopol 4-2 thanks to RBI hits by Noah Lukes and Mitchel Zimmer.

Peshtigo's Brody Heroux allowed just one hit in Kewaunee's 6-2 loss to the Bulldogs.

Luxemburg-Casco also could only muster one hit in its 2-1 rain-shortened game against Freedom.
