It was a rough weather day on the diamond for area softball teams on Saturday.

Southern Door won in five innings at Sevastopol by a final score of 14-0. Grace LeGrave had three hits, scored four times, drove in two and pitched five shutout innings.

Algoma handled Peshtigo on the road 7-1. A four-run third inning got the Wolves going and they never looked back.
