The Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Boston Celtics 112-90 in game one of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. After a long rest period from the last round, the Bucks came out a little sluggish. They would finish up the first quarter down 26-17 with not a lot of answers on the offensive end.
It was an uphill battle all game as shots weren’t falling for Milwaukee. At points, you felt like the team was going to make a run similar to how they did all season. Nothing ever came to fruition. Giannis finished up the game with 22 points shooting 7 for 21 from the floor. Middleton chipped in 16 of his own. Milwaukee will need to find ways to free him up in game two and he needs to trust his teammates to make shots.
The Bucks will now rest up before they play game two on Tuesday. Look for coach Bud to make the adjustments. Game two is now a must win for Milwaukee. Tip-off will be at 7:00 from the Fiserv Forum.
