For the first time in three years, drivers at the Luxemburg Speedway will be working with a new promoter beginning this Friday. Ashley Stevens and Skyhigh Entertainment signed a contract to run the facility for auto racing with the county back in January. While he is new to promoting racing, he has been around the sport nearly his entire life as he grew up with the 141 Speedway near his family’s farm. Stevens has spent the last couple weeks getting the track ready for what he hopes is a full season of action. He says they are focusing on making everything family friendly.
The first night of racing at the Luxemburg Speedway slated for this season is May 3rd.
