The Brewers picked up a 3-1 win over the Mets at Miller Park on Friday. Ryan Braun's two-run home run in the 5th inning gave Milwaukee all the runs they would need. Lorenzo Cain also led off the game with a home run. Brandon Woodruff started on the mound and allowed one run in the first and that was all in five innings. Josh Hader threw the final two innings striking out 5 to get the save.
The two teams will be back at it on Saturday at Miller Park at 6:10 PM.
