Baseball round-up: Sturgeon Bay wins see-saw affair

The Sturgeon Bay Clippers and Kewaunee Storm rode the emotional rollercoaster during their baseball games Monday.

In Sturgeon Bay, it took a pair of two-RBI hits by Trent Ehlers and Issac Berkley for the Clippers to finally slay Lourdes Academy 10-9.

Kewaunee was too hospitable to their visitors from Denmark as they gave up 12 runs in the first two innings but made it interesting before losing to the Vikings 12-8.

Baseball action today includes Luxemburg-Casco hosting Wrightstown, Sevastopol playing two at NEW Lutheran, Southern Door playing at Kewaunee, Algoma traveling to Oconto, and Sturgeon Bay battling Gibraltar at home.
