Area golfers saw their seasons come to a close earlier this week at WIAA Sectional meets held in Mosinee and Crivitz.
In Mosinee, Luxemburg-Casco captured fifth place as a team behind a strong performance by Matt Dorn's 11th place finish with a score of 84.
In Crivitz it was a pair of Sevastopol golfers that posted the best scores in the area. Tyler Kiehnau tied for ninth overall in the sectional, scoring an 86 on the 18-hole course. Alex Krause also golfed well, scoring a 92. Gibraltar took 8th as a team with Jackson Krauss as the Vikings' top golfer, scoring a 98 on the 18-hole course.
