Big third inning dooms Brewers in Pittsburgh

The Pirates used one big inning to knock off the Brewers on Friday night in Pittsburgh. After Jesus Aguilar tied the game up at one with a home run in the top of the third, the Pirates responded with 6 runs in the bottom of the inning. That included three bases-loaded walks. Jhoulys Chacin did not finish the inning. Keston Hiura would make it close in fourth with a three-run homer to cut the lead to 7-4. Milwaukee would not score again and Pittsburgh won 9-4.

The two teams meet again on Saturday at 3:05 PM in Pittsburgh.
