The Green Bay Voyageurs handed Kaw Valley FC their first loss of the season on the road. The final score was 2-1 behind goals from Alex Welch and Nick Markanich. Green Bay built up a 2-0 lead in the first half. The Cranes tried to make a comeback in the second half scoring a goal in the 66th minute and then getting a penalty kick opportunity in the 77th minute. Voyageur goaltender Jamison Yoder made a stop diving to his left to save the game.
The Voyageurs will play another game at Kaw Valley FC Saturday night at 7:30 PM.
