The State of Wisconsin lacks officials for many sports and the Door County Baseball League (DCBL) struggles to find enough umpires. Compensation for umpiring in the DCBL is $90 per game. DCBL President Rick Gigot says they have to bring umpires in from all over Northeastern Wisconsin to have enough.
