A four-run seventh inning by the Madison Mallards put the game out of reach for the Green Bay Booyah in an 8-2 loss at Captial Credit Union Park Saturday night.
It was 4-0 Mallards before the Booyah could scratch out its only runs of the contest in the fifth inning thanks to two-run single by Chris Williams.
A grand slam by Austin Blazevic in the seventh provided the extra insurance the Mallards would need to top the host Booyah. The two teams are back at it Sunday afternoon at 3:05 p.m.
