A short memory will be needed as the Green Bay Voyageurs dropped game one of its weekend slate against the St. Louis Lions 2-1. After a scoreless first half, Brandon Burton scored the Lions first goal just a minute in to make it 1-0. The Voyageurs quickly responded on a Sam Thornton goal. Josh Spotanski put the game out of reach later in the half to give the home Lions the win. 

The two teams battle again this afternoon at 2 p.m.
