A doubleheader sweep of the Red Room led to the Lawn and Landscape Specialists being crowned Sturgeon Bay Little League Champions Monday night.
In game one, Zach Krueger and Drew Daoust led Lawn and Landscape Specialists to a 3-1 victory thanks to their efforts on the mound. In addition, Daoust slugged a home run and Krueger hit a double in the win.
The pair also led Lawn and Landscape Specialists to a 10-5 victory in game two. In addition to keeping the Red Room's offense down, Daoust hit another homer and Krueger added two hits. Mason Paye also had a pair of hits and Owen Dannhausen got a double in the win.
