Big wins dominate DCL slate

No team won by less than six runs during Sunday's slate of Door County Baseball League action.

An eight-run first inning by Egg Harbor put the Indians well on their way to a 12-0 win over Maplewood, led by three-hit days by Riley Spetz and Cody Giesseman.

Six members of Sister Bay had multi-hit days to lead the Bays to a 15-1 win over Institute.

Sam Koss had four hits as Baileys Harbor slugged past Kolberg 13-4.

Sunday's closest game still saw a big inning catapult a team to victory as West Jacksonport scored seven times in the fifth to beat Washington Island 8-2.
