Luxemburg-Casco Girl's Golf hosted Waupaca and Wrightstown Monday morning at Northbrook County Club, the Spartans' home course. Mother Nature made her presence felt turning Northbrook into a soggy challenge. Still, some impressive scores were posted. Waupaca's Lylli Sondrol had the best overall score at 45 strokes. Cadie Ash, also of Waupaca, tallied a 49. Ash edged L-C's Lydia VandenHouten who finished third overall with a 50.
The team results saw Waupaca take first by a slim three-shot margin, 216 to Wrightstown's 219. L-C was third with 236. Team scores are calculated by summing the four best individual scores from each school. All three schools are members of the North Eastern Conference.
