Kewaunee Volleyball 4-2 in Hilbert Tournament

The Storm ran the gauntlet Friday with six volleyball matches at the Hilbert Invitational. After dropping both matches in Stevens Point earlier in the week, Kewaunee took four of the six in Hilbert to put their overall record at 4-4. Kewaunee swept Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah twice, with the first matchup ending 25-20, 25-14. The second was 25-19, 25-18. Kewaunee topped Cambria-Friesland 25-10, 25-27, 15-7. The first set against Cambria was the Storm’s best of the season so far.

In the second half of the day, Kewaunee swept Kohler, grounding the Blue Bombers 25-23, 25-23. Kewaunee would lose the next two matchups, falling 16-25, 19-25 to Oconto Falls and 21-25, 25-22, 10-15 to Brillion.
