It is the time of the year where the girls get to show what they can do on the football field in the spirit of friendly competition.

Kewaunee hosted their powderpuff games Monday night, just about a week after Southern Door hosted their annual matchups between its classes during their homecoming festivities. In that game, the Eagles' junior and senior teams tied for the title.

This week's remaining games will showcase Sturgeon Bay on Wednesday night. Gibraltar opts for a volleyball tournament, which takes place Tuesday night. 

Algoma and Luxemburg-Casco have their homecoming activities slated for next week.
