Kewaunee back on the gridiron hosting Omro

After picking up a forfeit victory last week, Kewaunee football is back under the lights on Friday. Head Coach Randy Charles said the impromptu bye week was a great chance for his team to get back to basics. Omro comes into the game at 1-4 but Charles says that's misleading.

The Foxes are a physical team that keep the ball on the ground. Omro has run for over 1,000 yards on the season in total. Junior quarterback Ben Wellhoefer has 577 of those to lead the team. Omro has turned the ball over often, six fumbles and two interceptions. If Kewaunee can be opportunistic on defense Friday they have the chance to win their sixth in a row.
