Algoma football looks to spoil Clipper homecoming

Fresh off back-to-back shutouts the Algoma Wolves travel to Sturgeon Bay to face a team that put up 38 points last week. Sturgeon Bay is 0-3 on the season but they are making noticeable improvements week-to-week. This will be a tougher test for Algoma than the Williams Bay Bulldogs provided on Saturday. Head Coach Wade Vandervest says it is important to not get caught in the hoopla of an opponent's homecoming.

Algoma defeated Sturgeon Bay in the final week of the regular season in 2018, the last 11-man football game for both programs. The final score that night was 44-0.
