Kewaunee football doubles up Omro

The Kewaunee High School football team did their part to make sure it was a memorable homecoming week, beating Omro 26-13. The Storm are now 5-1 on the season. Quarterback Ryan Carmichael was 7/12 for 161 yards with a touchdown and an interception. The touchdown went to Benjamin Heim for 92 yards in the fourth quarter which made it 26-7 at the time. Kewaunee's other touchdowns were scored on an Owen Kudick 4-yard run, a Jack Severin 3-yard scamper, and a 32-yard trot from Carmichael. Kewaunee visits Southern Door Friday night.
