Wide receiver Davante Adams will miss Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Adams left last week's Thursday night matchup against Philadelphia with turf toe around halfway through. Turf toe is a sprain of the joint in your big toe that is usually the result of it being hyperextended upward. In essence, it is a particularly bad jam of the big toe. The most common treatment for the injury is rest and it takes 2-3 weeks on average for recovery.
Adams is a multiple-time Pro Bowl selection and has been a favorite target for quarterback Aaron Rodgers in his career. Green Bay and Dallas kicks off at 3:25 PM.
