There were some very hard-fought matches on Tuesday in local volleyball action. Unfortunately, three Door and Kewaunee County teams lost five-set matches.
Gibraltar was able to knock off Sturgeon Bay on the road 3-2 winning 24-26, 25-19, 25-23, 24-26 and 15-5.
Southern Door hosted Kewaunee and won 3-0 25-14, 25-22 and 25-17.
Sevastopol fell 3-2 to Green Bay NEW Lutheran on their home court 23-25, 25-17, 25-14, 18-25, 15-10.
Luxemburg-Casco lost 3-2 at home to Denmark 17-25, 25-17, 25-22, 19-25, 12-15.
