Southern Door High School's football team wraps up the 2019 season on the road in Peshtigo and Bonduel the next two weeks. Friday's assignment against the Bulldogs is a tough one with Peshtigo still undefeated in the MONLPC Large.
Southern Door debuted an air raid offense last week against Kewaunee with Marcus Marchant taking over as quarterback. Marchant found Jack Peterson for a score on the first offensive possession and was able to move the ball for much of the first half with other opportunities fizzling out near the Storm red zone. Given the weather forecast, expect running back Nick Baudhuin to feature more prominently Friday. The Door County Medical Center Pregame begins at 6:30 with the kickoff at 7 PM on More FM 102.1.
Other 11-man football action on Friday night includes Kewaunee facing Oconto at home.
