One Door and one Kewaunee County football qualified for the state playoffs this season and both know who they will be playing in the first round.
In 11-man football, Kewaunee has a two-seed in Division 5 in Group B. The Storm will host 7-seeded Omro on Friday in a game you can listen to on 96.7 WBDK and DoorKewauneeHighSchoolSports.com. If Kewaunee wins on Friday they will play the winner of (3) Chilton and (6) Wittenberg-Birnamwood.
Meanwhile, in 8-man football, Gibraltar will have a rematch against a team they've already beaten this season. The Vikings earned a three-seed and they will travel to two-seed Suring. The two teams met, also in Suring, on September 6th with the Vikings coming away with a 43-24 victory. If the Vikings can beat Suring again they will take on the winner of (1) Newman Catholic and (4) Marion/Tigerton.
