Weather could be big factor in playoffs

Door and Kewaunee County have three teams who will be playing outdoor playoff games this week and the weather could end up being a big factor in those games. Kewaunee football, Gibraltar football and Sturgeon Bay soccer will all have to deal with the elements. More snow is expected to fall in the area on Thursday and Friday and temperatures are forecasted to stay below 40 degrees both of those days.

Sturgeon Bay is scheduled to take on Lourdes Academy/Valley Christian on Thursday at home on Clark Field on 103.3 The Clipper. Kewaunee will play host to Chilton on 96.7 WBDK and Gibraltar will travel to Newman Catholic on 105.1 The Viking, both those games on Friday.
