Gibraltar proud of season's accomplishments

Gibraltar head football coach Mike Peck is not quite ready to look ahead to 2020.

The Vikings saw their season end last Friday night almost the same way it did in 2018: a lopsided 61-25 loss to eight-man football powerhouse Newman Catholic. The loss does not take away what the team was able to accomplish in 2019, which included its first football conference championship in 45 years and the school's first playoff win. Peck says watch the film over again as he prepares for the team's annual football banquet with fond memories of being at least one game better than they were last year.

The team will graduate only four seniors from this year's team: Connor Duffy, Brandon Stillman, Paul Hartmann, and Dominic Krauel.
