The Milwaukee Bucks' big third quarter was enough to hold off an Oklahoma City Thunder fourth-quarter rally to escape the capital city with a 121-119 victory.
Giannis Antetokounmpo overcame a slow start in the first half to put up 24 of his team-high 35 points in the final two quarters. Eric Bledsoe added valuable scoring support with 25 points of his own. Tied at halftime, the Bucks outscored their hosts 37-24, only to have the tables turned in the final stanza with the Thunder outgunning them 39-34. Dennis Schroder led Thunder off the bench with 25 points while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added another 22 points in the loss.
The Bucks will return home this Thursday night to face the Chicago Bulls.
