The University of Minnesota swim team will get another dose of Door County magic after Southern Door's Brock Aune announced on Wednesday his intentions to compete there next year.

According to a Southern Door School District Facebook post, Aune has competed in the WIAA State Swimming Championships and YMCA Short and Long-Course Nationals during his 10-year career. He joins Sevastopol alum Max McHugh on the team that once also had McHugh's brother Conner. The Golden Gophers men's swim team finished fifth in last year's Big Ten Championships.
