Kickoff returns for the Minnesota Golden Gophers held a little more excitement for Door County football fans on Saturday.

Joining the team as a preferred walk-on, LeCaptain earned playing time over the weekend as a special teams player during Minnesota's 23-19 loss. LeCaptain did not come up on the stat sheet, but made some important blocks in the kickoff return game. It was the first time LeCaptain played in a Big Ten road game this season and could have another opportunity this weekend when Minnesota travels to Evanston, Ill. to face Northwestern.
