The Kewaunee girls basketball team brings back a lot of familiar faces as they open their 2019-2020 season on the road this evening in Denmark.

The Storm roster boasts six seniors from last year's squad that went 23-2 and won the Packerland Conference last year. Sara Dax, an All-Packerland Conference player last year, is the only missing player from that team that won 13 games in a row for head coach Lynn Geier before falling to Kiel in the sectional semi-final. In her place, Mackenzie Tlachac returns as the team's leading scorer, rebounder, and assist maker. 

The Storm plays the Vikings beginning at 7 p.m. for the only local action this evening.
