Sturgeon Bay's Maas named state coach of the year

The Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association made sure the accomplishments of the Division 4 state champion Sturgeon Bay Clippers did not go unnoticed.

Despite not having any of his player named to the All-State squad, Clippers head coach Todd Maas earned his third state coach of the year award earlier this week. Maas also won the award in 2011 and 2017. The Clippers won the state championship earlier this month in a thrilling 2-1 victory over The Prairie School.
