UWGB womens basketball scores 100 again

For the second time in the young season, the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay women's basketball team has netted over 100 points. First, it was at Central Michigan where overtime had to decide a winner. Saturday was over early with a 102-46 victory against winless Chicago State.

Green Bay had five players hit double figures, led by Caitlyn Hibner's 26. The Phoenix were on fire from the start. They shot 68 percent from the field in the first quarter.

The Phoenix improved to 3-2 overall and will be in Victoria, British Columbia for a Thanksgiving tournament. Their first round game is against Bowling Green Thursday at 1:00 PM. Thanksgiving in Canada was Monday, October 12th.
