Green Bay plays first of two home tournament games

The Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team will not have to travel far for its next tournament games of the season.

After traveling to face New Mexico and Wisconsin in its first two matchups in the Legends Classic, the Phoenix host the subregional games at the Kress Events Center the next two nights. Colgate and California State University-Northridge played last night with the former winning 64-56. The Matatdors of CSUN will face the Phoenix tonight at 7 p.m. just a few days removed from its loss to the Badgers on Thursday. The Phoenix will take its crack at the Raiders at the same time on Tuesday.

Other college basketball action on Monday night includes the Badgers taking on the Richmond Spiders in New Jersey at 6 p.m. UW-Milwaukee loss to George Washington yesterday 66-63.
