The Sevastopol High School girls basketball team was defeated by Peshtigo Friday, 54-34. They are still looking for the first win of the 2019-20 season. The Pioneers have a great chance to change that coming up Thursday when they host NE Wisconsin Christian Home School. The NEWHC Athletic Association fields teams in track and field, volleyball, cross country, and basketball from fifth grade and up. They do not play a regular schedule though. The game, set for Thursday, will be Christian Home School’s first contest of the season.
