The Wisconsin Badgers may have done enough to shake up the College Football Playoff, but it was not enough to top Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship game, losing 34-21 in Indianapolis.
The Badgers got out to a 21-7 first half lead thanks to Jonathan Taylor's opening drive touchdown run and a pair of rushing scores by Jack Coan. It was all Buckeyes in the second half, however with Buckeyes quarterback throwing for all three of his touchdowns including the eventual game winner in the third quarter.
In the loss, Taylor became the fastest rusher in college football history to 6,000 yards, rushing for 148 yards on 20 carries. The Badgers now wait to find out where their postseason will take them.
