Kewaunee stand out signs letter of intent

Kewaunee High School standout Tanor Bortolini officially signed a letter of intent Wednesday afternoon to commit to the University of Wisconsin beginning with the 2020 season. The Bortolini family helped set up a signing celebration inside the school’s little theatre which began at 3:30 PM. In attendance were fellow students and friends to show their support for Bortolini.

Before Bortolini put pen to paper, members of the Kewaunee athletic department and football staff got a chance to talk about Bortolini’s opportunity in Madison, both athletically and academically. They stressed that this is just the start of Bortolini’s journey, not the end, and his work ethic and character will continue to be as important as his talent. Bortolini stands 6’6”, weighing in at around 290 pounds. He will be an offensive lineman with the Badgers.
